There was a problem with activation, support responded quickly - they gave a link to an article on their website with possible ways to solve the problem. Activation occurred after manually installing updates downloaded from the microsoft website, namely - dotnetfx35.exe , dxwebsetup.exe, KB2839894-x86.msu, KB2862152-x86.msu, KB2868626-x86.msu
